Waterworld Bundoran – Summer Season Update
Summer is here, and the countdown is on! Get ready for splashes, smiles, and unforgettable family fun as Waterworld Bundoran opens daily from 26th June for the summer season.
Bookings are now OPEN for all summer sessions – perfect for making memories with family and friends throughout the holidays.
Whether you’re racing down the slides, enjoying the wave pool, or simply cooling off on a sunny day, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Advance booking is strongly recommended as sessions are expected to fill up quickly during peak summer dates.
Swim hats and appropriate swimwear are required for all guests.
For safety, all children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised in the water by a responsible person aged 18 or over.
Gift vouchers are available all year round – the perfect treat for water lovers of all ages!

Swim hats are compulsory and available to purchase on site.
Suitable swimwear must be worn.**
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned in upon arrival.
Children 12 and Under ratio 2:1:
All children under 12 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person aged 18 or over at a ratio of 2 children to 1 adult.

**For the safety, hygiene and comfort of all guests, everyone entering the water must wear appropriate swimwear that is specifically designed for swimming. This policy helps to maintain water quality, ensures our attractions can be used safely, and reduces the risk of clothing becoming caught on slides or other equipment.
Our swimwear policy applies equally to all visitors. Full-coverage swimwear is welcome, provided it is designed specifically for swimming, is made from appropriate swimwear material, and is suitable for use on our slides and attractions.
All guests are advised of our swimwear requirements during the booking process, and the policy is displayed throughout the facility.
If, in the opinion of Waterworld staff, clothing is not suitable for swimming, is made from inappropriate materials, or contains items such as metal buttons, zips, fasteners or other components that could present a safety risk to the wearer or other guests, or could damage our slides or facilities, entry to the water will not be permitted.
Guests who do not comply with the swimwear policy may be refused entry to the pools and water attractions and, where necessary, may be asked to leave the facility.
As this policy is clearly communicated during the booking process and throughout the facility, failure to comply with the swimwear policy does not entitle a guest to a refund.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a safe, hygienic and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.
Parking Information
Public Parking operated by Donegal County Council is available opposite the Waterpark and is €3 euros for the day. Pay at the machine or download the County Council parking app.
Check In Information
Please make sure that you have your tickets printed, or ready to display on your device and your device is fully charged.
Locker Information
We have Coin return lockers available, you need a €1 coin to operate and we have hairdryers available to use, a €1 coin is required for these.
Swim Hats required
Swim Hats are required in the Waterpark, but don’t worry if you forget to bring yours they can also be purchased at reception or in our Brand New Shop!

Speaking of our New Shop! You can get refreshments, swim necessities and even pick up some of our new merchandise to take home and remind you of your visit with us!

If you have purchased a carers ticket have your Carer’s Id ready to go (Please note failure to produce required id will result in a void ticket.) Children 12 and Under ratio 2:1:
For every guardian aged 18 years or older, a maximum of two children aged 12 and under are allowed. This 2:1 ratio ensures proper supervision and safety for all young visitors.
No spectators will be granted access to the poolside, bathers only permitted in the arena.

Introducing Quieter Hour at Water World
We're pleased to launch Quieter Hour, taking place during the first hour of every day at Water World from the 26th of June for the summer season.
This session offers:
- Reduced numbers
- No loud music
- A reduced admission rate
- Access to all of our pools, slides and water play features
Due to the nature of our facility, it is not possible to eliminate all noise. However, by reducing the noise we can control and limiting numbers, we aim to provide a slightly less stimulating environment for guests who may prefer a calmer experience.
Quieter Hour is open to everyone and places are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Booking is advised to secure your spot.
Same fun. A calmer start.
